Machine Head é uma banda de Thrash Metal, formada em 1992 em Oakland, Califórnia. Os rótulos mais utilizados para a banda são Thrash Metal e Groove Metal embora tenham tido uma Fase New Metal. Os seus membros originais são: Robb Flynn (voz, guitarra), Logan Mader (guitarra), Adam Duce (baixo, voz secundária) e Chris Kontos (bateria).
